WWE WrestleMania May Take Setup Inspiration From Superbowl

It would seem the setup for WWE WrestleMania is being reconsidered, as they may take a leaf out of the Superbowl’s book which they previously said they wouldn’t.

This year’s WWE WrestleMania will now take place at The Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida.

The stadium was also host to last night’s Superbowl LV, where the Tampa Bay Buccaneers won on their home turf.

However, it seems like WWE were keeping an eye on the setup and may have changed their minds on one aspect of ‘The Showcase Of The Immortals’.

According to WrestleVotes, WWE are now considering having cutouts of fans on seats to help make the stadium look full.

Although never set in stone, this would seem a logical report by WrestleVotes.

With COVID restrictions in place, the Superbowl housed just under 25,000 fans.

Although could potentially be allowed more with seating on the pitch, this would still mean a lot of empty spaces.

As noted the Raymond James Stadium looked very impressive last night, an WWE would be wise to consider following suit.

Whether they would choose the faces or you could apply to have yours included would be interesting – I’d certainly want mine in there!
