When reports began to swirl of WWE targeting a SummerSlam return date for crowds at shows, it felt ambitious.
In light of the worsening of the COVID-19 pandemic recently, it became a pipe dream and as expected, WWE are now said to be working towards SummerSlam being held at the Performance Center.
The latest report comes from the influential WrestleVotes Twitter account which suggests that WWE are now planning for late September to be back in front of paying audiences.
