RIP Danny Hodge. A great amateur and professional wrestler who is an absolute credit to our business. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Hodge after a show in Oklahoma years ago and was fortunate enough to experience the infamous handshake. Godspeed sir.

His athletic career almost reads as a fictional story; but, Danny was as real as it gets on and off the mat. If you don’t know his story do yourself a favor and read about it. Unbelievable stats…

Godspeed, Danny Hodge. One time at the @wrestlingmuseum in Waterloo, he sat ringside for the matches. After mine, @JRsBBQ and @Fgbrisco called an audible on the spot and wanted me to “cut a promo” on him… 1/3 pic.twitter.com/jsQaTy4mQo
