WWE have announced three bouts set to take place on Monday’s Raw. The last red brand show before Sunday’s Royal Rumble event.

After her pinfall victory last week over Raw women’s champion Asuka, Alexa Bliss has seemingly earned herself a rematch against the champion. However this time it will be for the championship!

Will Bliss earn another victory over the champ and walk away with the gold? Or will Asuka be ready this time round?

Asuka is currently enjoying her second reign as Raw women’s champion and has held the championship since beating Sasha Banks back at last year’s Summerslam event. It is also important to note that this is Asuka’s first championship defence since defeating Lana by DQ on the November 23rd episode of Raw meaning she has not defended the title in over 2 months.

Also announced for this week’s Monday Night Raw is a gauntlet match, where if Riddle can beat MVP, Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander of the Hurt Business he will earn himself a championship opportunity against United States Champion Bobby Lashley.

It has yet to be confirmed but if Riddle can beat the gauntlet it is likely that the championship match will be at the Royal Rumble PPV just 6 days later.

The final match confirmed for Monday Night Raw this week is Women’s Tag Team Champion Charlotte Flair taking on former champion Shayna Baszler.

Flair and tag team partner Asuka beat Baszler and Nia Jax back at the TLC PPV in December for the titles when it was revealed that Flair would be Asuka’s mystery partner. Last week during Raw, Baszler mentioned that she amd Jax wanted their rematch for the titles but it has yet to be confirmed if she will get it.
