Tony Khan Says He’s Making “Significant Change” To AEW Dynamite Match

Tony Khan has confirmed that he will be making a change to one of the five announced matches for AEW Dynamite tomorrow night – and we can speculate it will be a big one.

AEW Dynamite is set to have some huge matches this coming Wednesday.

The return to the ring of Tully Blanchard and Shaq in their respective tag matches are certain highlights.

However, AEW owner Tony Khan has tonight noted he will make a “significant” change to the card.

The card, without the change, stands as:

  • Tully Blanchard & FTR vs Jurassic Express
  • Cody Rhodes & Red Velvett vs Shaquille O’Neal & Jade Cargill
  • Matt Hardy, Private Party & The Hybrid 2 vs Dark Order
  • Ten vs Max Caster
  • Nyla Rose vs Ryo Mizunami

The chances are, from those matches, there will be a change to the mixed tag match.

It could also be a way to get Paul Wight involved in the action early going.

With the vagueness of his Tweet, TK has certainly lifted this interest even further in this week’s Dynamite!

UPDATE: It seems now that the change actually relates to the scheduled match between Matt Hardy and Hangman Page at Revolution.

A tag match for tomorrow’s Dynamite, signed by Tony Khan, has been announced.

That doesn’t mean it’s the ONLY change, since that’s the only announcement that’s been made at this time. But it’s certainly an interesting PR game at this point.
