Report: Why There May Be No Kick-Off Show Match At WWE WrestleMania Night One

It would seem WWE are considering a logical move for WrestleMania which would me no matches on the kick-off show for the first night.

WWE WrestleMania 37 Poster

WWE WrestleMania 37 will be the first event for the company in over a year with fans able to be in attendance.

It’s going to be a landmark moment, with up to 25,000 fans reported to be allowed in the Raymond James Stadium on both nights of the spectacle.

In a new report from WrestleVotes, it seems there may be no kick-off show match for the first night on 10th April.

As always we’ll caveat that this is from WrestleVotes, and whilst no mean certain they have a good track record when it comes to updates like this.

This would certainly make sense as even if it’s a good match, the kick-off show would likely only get a match which was bumped down from the main card.

It gives scope for the company to choose a huge entrance as the first thing the live crowd sees – whose would you like it to be?
