Report On Why Miro Isn’t Scheduled For AEW Full Gear

It would appear AEW have longer-term plans for Miro meaning they will not be adding him to this weekend’s Full Gear.

'The Best Man' Miro

A stacked card is already lined up for AEW’s Full Gear pay-per-view this year, and many expected ‘The Best Man’ Miro to be included.

However, with eight matches already scheduled it would seem unlikely that anything as significant as a match for Miro would be added despite his ongoing feud alongside Kip Sabian and Penelope Ford against Best Friends.

According to Dave Meltzer and The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the omission from the showcase event is to keep the battle between the two teams as a storyline specific to Dynamite.

AEW have been known to have storylines contained to Dynamite of late, in particular the feud between Best Friends and Santana and Ortiz.

This does at least show some longer-term planning for Miro and they may be looking to continue this story until at least late this year.
