NXT Halloween Havoc

According to a report from F4wonline.com, another COVID-19 outbreak at the WWE Performance Center has resulted in the facility been temporarily closed and the card for tonight’s Halloween Havoc special placed in doubt.

It appears that the latest outbreak (The second in consecutive months) was identified on Friday and the building was immediately closed, with anyone in attendance that day instructed to isolate for 14 days.

It appears that nobody on NXT’s regular ‘TV’ roster was part of that group, but some were in close contact with individuals that were which would make them a potential transmission risk and put their participation in tonight’s Halloween Havoc in doubt.

The event is due to be hosted by Shotzi Blackheart and the following matches and segments have been announced:

  • North American Championship: Johnny Gargano vs. Damian Priest (Spin The Wheel Make The Deal Match)
  • Women’s Championship Match: Io Shirai vs. Candice LeRae (Spin The Wheel Make The Deal Match)
  • Dexter Lumis vs. Cameron Grimes (Haunted House Of Terror Match)
  • Rhea Ripley vs. Raquel Gonzalez
  • Pat McAfee to appear with new NXT Tag Team Champions, Danny Burch and Oney Lorcan
  • Wade Barrett and Vic Joseph to face off in a Halloween costume contest
  • Santos Escobar vs. Jake Atlas
