NXT Commentary To Be Recorded Remotely During Covid-19 Pandemic

Mamma Mia!

It has been reported that Beth Phoenix and Mauro Ranallo will be making their contributions to commentary on weekly NXT shows from the comfort of their own homes for the foreseeable future.

As reported by Wrestling Observer Radio and Ryan Satin at Pro Wrestling Sheet, WWE have equipped both Phoenix and Ranallo to record their commentary from home studios for an undetermined amount of time to allow them to cut down on travel deemed unnecessary during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Whether they are recording from state of the art home studios or their kitchen table remains to be seen….

With WWE electing to block-tape NXT for the coming weeks, it makes a lot of sense for commentary to be added remotely if technology allows and judging by this week’s show, viewers would be very hard pressed to know the difference.

WWE continues to tape all of their weekly programming, including Raw, Smackdown Live and NXT from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida whilst the USA and the rest of the world remains in the grip of the COVID-19 pandemic.

HOW ABOUT...  Daniel Bryan Returns To SmackDown

NXT airs weekly in the USA on the USA Network, on BT Sport in the UK and on the WWE Network around the world.
