With just a week to go before both AEW Fyter Fest and NXT Great American Bash, it appears there has been a shift in the ratings dynamic between the two programmes.

For the first time since 15th April, NXT have manage to come out on top in the numbers, beating their AEW counterparts 786,000 to 633,000.

This marks ten weeks since the black and gold brand were on top in the ratings, and only the second time in the last three months.

Both companies start their respective two-episode pay-per-views next week, which could significantly shift the numbers in either direction since most contests are not confirmed for a specific evening.
