On last night’s episode of ‘Impact Wrestling on AXS’, Eric Young won his second Impact Wrestling World Championship just a few weeks after returning to the company.
He defeated Eddie Edwards to win the title. Edwards had won the then-vacant belt at Slammiversary on July 18th.

Young returned to Impact Wrestling at the same event after a four year stint in WWE, split between NXT and the main brand.
Young last won the title when he defeated Magnus (Nick Aldis) in 2014. He held the belt for 70 days before losing it to current WWE United States Champion, Bobby Lashley.
