The see-saw of when and whether WWE live events will return continues to tip, this time in favour of a return – although not before July.
Whilst the earliest return according to tickets being on sale is July 10th, when two NXT shows are announced, it is highly questionable that these would take place.
Indeed, although tickets are available for the event in Atlanta, tickets for the Citrus Springs show are still listed as “available on February 1, 2020”.
The latest report suggests that WWE are slowly rebuilding their live events schedule, with fans not expected until July, meaning these shows could still fit in to the new schedule.
This report is brought by WrestleVotes, who also note that social distancing is set to be a key part of the format for ticket sales once fans return.
Getting fans back in arenas would not only be a boost for WWE financially, but also in terms of the passion fans create which has been noticeably missed during empty TV tapings.
