Impact To Revive Super X-Cup In 2021

The fan-favourite Super-X Cup tournament is set for a return in Impact, taking place on the company’s first feature show of the year.

Impact Super X Cup

Impact Wrestling have announced that the returning Impact Super X-Cup will be held at their upcoming Genesis event on January 9th.

This will be the fourth time the tournament has been held for singles competitors, although there have also been four team-based tournaments.

The first Super X-Cup Tournament was held in 2003 with Chris Sabin coming out on top. Samoa Joe won the tournament in 2005 then in 2017 it was won by recent NXT signee Dezmond Xavier.

The previous tournaments have always featured eight superstars and we’ve no reason to think this time will be any different. As soon as competitors are announced we’ll be sure to let you know!
