At last, he’s All Elite…

Less than two months after his final big return to the ring at the Royal Rumble, Christian Cage was revealed as Paul Wight’s “mystery signing” at AEW Revolution.

As he came to the ring and signed how ‘contract’, Cage’s shirt seemed to do all the talking, as he left without a word.

The shirt read “Out. Work. Everyone”, and seemed to solidify his new slogan, echoing the words of Wight.

There is no official statement on the particulars of Cage’s AEW deal; but reflecting on Tony Khan’s words from earlier in the week, this is “multi year” deal.

Coming so soon after Cage’s triumphant return to wrestling, the reveal certainly lives up to Khan’s promise in terms of profile. Whilst Cage had been one of the names strongly tipped for the spot since Wight announced it, fans on the whole will embrace this we’ll-loved performer being part of AEW’s roster.
