Former WWE superstar The Big Show, now going by his real name Paul Wight, made his debut on AEW Dynamite last night. He was of course wearing his acclaimed new ‘No More B.S’ shirt launched by AEW this week.
During his on-stage interview with Tony Schiavone, Wight stated he had a huge scoop for this weekend’s “Evolution” PPV. (Clearly he meant Revolution. Mistakes happen).
He stated that AEW are going to unveil a ‘Hall Of Fame Worthy’ star at the event and it’s not who we think…Interesting.
It is fair to say that AEW have built an unfortunate reputation for over-promising and under-delivering with their announcement teases. Will that be the case here? With the inclusion of the words “Hall Of Fame” worthy talent, does that mean it will be a legend of the business? A big name or someone who has the potential to be a future hall of famer?
The comment has clearly got the wrestling community talking with speculation on who the mystery talent is. With the shock signing of Paul Wight, it is fair to assume that few names are out of bounds.
But who will the mystery debutant be? Make your suggestions in the comments.
